Refund Policy – GIMC PK

At GIMC PK, we ensure transparent and reliable handling of all client payments. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only in the following cases:
  • Contract Termination: If the service contract ends and the client has an unused balance that was not allocated to any ad account.
  • Unprocessed Top-Up: If the client has made a payment but GIMC PK is unable to process or deliver the top-up to the advertising platform.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Funds already credited to Meta/Google/TikTok ad accounts cannot be refunded.
  • Service fees charged for setup, maintenance, and support are non-refundable..

3. Wrong or Duplicate Payments

  • In case of accidental duplicate or incorrect payments, clients must notify us within 24 hours for verification and adjustment/refund.
