These Terms & Conditions outline how GIMC PK provides billing, account support, and advertising services to all clients.

1. Service Scope

GIMC PK provides:
  • USD-based ad account top-ups
  • Billing management and verification
  • Campaign monitoring and support
  • Quick issue resolution, including ad and transaction recovery within 24 hours
Our primary focus is accurate billing, smooth account operations, and performance stability.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
  • Share correct business details and required access.
  • Ensure payment is made on time for top-ups and service fees
  • Follow platform advertising guidelines

3. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • Service fees are non-refundable after service activation.
  • In case a payment is received but the top-up cannot be processed, a refund will be issued according to the Refund Policy.

4. Performance & Support

  • GIMC PK ensures 24-hour support for ad delivery issues and stuck transactions.
  • We assist in maintaining stable performance, improving ROI, and ensuring your campaigns run smoothly.
  • Final ad approvals depend on the advertising platforms, but our team continuously works to keep operations active and uninterrupted.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with notice. Upon termination, access will be removed and eligible refunds (if any) will be processed.

6. Updates

GIMC PK may update these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting.
